Deep in the woods of the large city of new domino there was the city of new mayhem. And it is a town for supernatural beings or otherwise known as the city of vampire's. Many years ago it was just called mayhem a hidden city for vampire's safety against the witches that hunt them. Though the witches soon found about mayhem it was destroyed but the witches did not know it was rebuilt. Though this isn't what this story is about it's about yours truly! My names shadien blackstar I'm 5'11 tall my skin is a deathly pale tone. My eyes are deep pools of poisonous purple with two black like claw marks under each eye my black hair has strips of midnight blue along the bangs and hangs over my right eye. In the back my hair travels as a raven black till it shifts to a midnight blue at the middle of my back and ends below my waist. My usual attire consists of a black shorts-skirt that reaches to my knees and a black tank top. But enough about me let's get this show on the road! In new mayhem there are some humans but they are safe unless they make a huge mistake~. Most hang at the club called los noches where I currently am sitting at a counter holding a glass with its contents of a deep red and thick liquid slightly swishing inside the glass. The clubs had many lights swirling around that one would get so dizzy just by standing if it was the first there first time. I take a lazily look around the room seeing the many tables filled along with many mortals dancing on the dance floor, next I turn to the bar with many bottles of alcoholic and non-alcoholic liquids. Though under the counter were coolers holding bottles of the most intoxicating substances to vampires. Blood~, they were hidden just in-case if a wasted mortal somehow managed to get behind the bar.  I chuckled slightly and took a long swig of my drink setting my glass down on the counter. And if you readers are confused of what I am well let me clear things up for you I'm a vampire. I'm a also in mahad's line as his first fledgling. And to help clear things up a being in someone's line or clan for us vampires means they were the one that changed you. And a fledgling is a new born vampire and not to mention mahad is the first fledgling of yami the king of vampires. While all of this is refreshing in my head I failed notice of the figure approaching until I was pulled into a bone crushing hug by a taller figure. "It's about time you came back to earth I've been calling your name for about 3 minutes." A very familiar voice chuckled; I couldn't help but smile slightly. I looked up to my dear friend mahad, he's at least 3 inches taller with me with shoulder length hair his eyes are a deep light blue and he has to marks on the side of his eyes that curve inward. He was also wearing a purple tank top and black pants. "Sorry mahad I just have a bit on my mind". I slipped out of his grasp and we headed out of the club into the cold night air. "heh sure you always have something on your mind shadien. Anyways down to the real reason I've been looking for you, it's about fala." He said, in a serious tone. "Fala, what is she up to now!?", I couldn't manage to subside my rage in my tone. But just as he was about to reply we heard a large explosion a mile ahead, though I already was bolting with my speed to the spot which I reached in less than a minute. But there ahead stood the dark Egyptian fala while flames engulfed many trees and dead bloodied bodies that lay strewn on the ground. I growled "fala what have you done cease this insolents now!" I could tell by the smell in the air that the bodies that lay on the ground were very young vampires. Fala just smirked and released a cackle "well if it isn't shadien who's come to join the party. I'm just having my fun after those insolent fledglings managed to tick me off." She sneered making me even more angered as I had my blade of shadows form in my hand as I rushed toward her. Catching her off guard I managed to slice a deep wound in her arm and watched with evil satisfaction at the dark crimson substance dripped down her arm. She screamed and recoiled glaring with a deep fire in her eye's "how dare you scar my flawless skin I'll make you pay!" she screamed, as she lunged with her blade of fires though she swung her blade as it blazed with fire with such intention of drawing blood I easily dodged every swing till I accidently stumbled on a tree root and she managed to slice my side. I hissed at the burning sensation but managed to do a round house kick to her side. "Why don't you give up fala you know you're no match against me." Which I knew in my mind was the truth as I slightly grimaced at the blood running down my side under my tank top. "never I'm more powerful then you shadien I'll never bow in defeat to or anyone else!" she cackled in response, as we ran at each other attacking about 10 minutes into the fight we were both covered in many wound that still bled though she had a broken arm and few fractured ribs from when I slammed her into a tree. Though the flames on her sword dulled my shadows on mine is as active as ever. "  you are lucky to have survived in a battle for this long against me but is now time to end this for good fala." While her eyes were clouded with confusion against my words I charged forward my sword out straight and I knew I hit my mark when I heard her screams of agony as my blades shadows burned her heart sending waves of pain through her body as it shrived then fell as dust and ash. my sword having disappeared into shadows as her ash fell. I grimaced at the site of our battle charred plants and bodies. A presence alerted me, as I quickly spun around, shocked to see mahad standing next to slightly shorter cloaked figure. I did though sense great power coming from this figure. "Well done shadien taking care of fala she was a great annoyance after in fact many were contemplating on how to get rid of her ." Stated mahad and I couldn't help but mentally smile at his comment. " indeed you have sown a great deal of power and responsibility for it" I looked towards the cloaked figure who spoke his voice it seemed familiar yet not it also sounded deep, wise, powerful and ancient. I watched as he chuckled and reached up to take off his hood and the moment I did I stared in utter disbelief for I'm staring at the very king of vampires master yami atem. I quickly shook my head to clear it and quickly went down on one knee bowing my head in respect. "Master atem forgive my rudeness of not showing my respect earlier." I said then chanced a glance up to see him and mahad exchanging smiles before I felt him gently pull my am for me to stand.  "it is alright young one I've watched and heard many great things about you." He stated, I stared in disbelieve at his words till I heard him chuckle, snapping me out of my trance. "Now why don't we heal those wounds before you lose to much blood" I then remembered my current state suddenly feeling slightly tired as I stood. I saw mahad step close in case if I may pass out though I just shook my head slightly and said my goodbyes and quickly sped off. Though when I got home later that day my head was pounding in pain and it didn't help that my pet king cobra named yugi knocked the open bottle of aspirin that was on the sinks rim into the sink making the pills go down the drain. "Dang just my luck my last bottle of aspirin goes down the drain when I need it a lot" I mumbled to myself as I searched every inch of my bathroom cupboards for anything to help which was a failing task. I looked over to my small little reptilian friend that sat on my bed. "bad yugi" though It didn't have any real meaning in those words for they were just a tease though all he did was flick his forked tongue out in reply. And I could swear I saw a glint of amusement in his violet eyes. I just turned back to shut all the cupboards back, though I wasn't really listening to the real world my mind wondering till it snapped back to the sound of a childish giggle. I was about to arise from my crouching position when a small pair of hands covered my eyes. I just laughed slightly and took the hands off my eyes then stood turning around. What met my eyes was a small boy that looked the age of 12 he had blond spiked bangs with spiked hair that was going upward and was tipped ruby red. He was clothed in a simple pair of black jeans with a black top, he was a pale boy and was much smaller than me and I could see his violet eyes sparkle with innocence and mischief. "So you decided to take a human form for a bit today" I said with a hint of amusement as he looked me directly in the eye. "Correct I was getting a little bored so I decided to shift my forms" as he said that I couldn't help but laugh slightly. "I'm still mad at you for knocking my aspirin in the sink yugi, that was mean and my head is pounding now like its being attacked with a hammer." Oh and yes as you may have guessed yugi is my king cobra though he is a naga he can turn fully snake, fully human or the half and half version. Yugi didn't say anything but just smiled like he didn't do anything and then he walked out of my room heading to downstairs. I jumped on my black satin covered king size bed but groaned when my head hurt more. Dang this is going to one long night.
